Video surfaced on social media late last week of officers with the New York Police Department attempting to clean trash and debris off a squad car in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn on Halloween.
According to the Daily Mail , two officers are seen removing several boxes full of trash left on top of vehicle as onlookers taunt them with profanities.
