Body camera footage released by the Evansville Police Department this week shows police struggling with a suspect accused of using a Taser on a city police officer outside Fairlawn Elementary School Halloween morning.

The suspect reportedly grabbed the Taser off the officer's belt when both men fell during a struggle. He then drive stunned the officer in the face, according to reports.

Body camera footage released by the Evansville Police Department this week shows police struggling with a suspect accused of using a Taser on a city police officer outside Fairlawn Elementary School Halloween morning.
The video footage, provided after a Courier and Press records request, begins after officers already started struggling with a 22-year-old man outside of the school.
The suspect reportedly grabbed the Taser off the officer's belt when both men fell during a struggle. He then drive stunned the officer in the face, according to reports.
Officers managed to gain control of the suspect and took him into custody.
