Patrolman Daniel Harless was fired in January for verbally abusing a CCW holder during a June 8, 2011 traffic stop. During a 17-minute clip catured by his cruiser's dash cam, Harless threatens to "blast you in the mouth" as he and another officer detain the man and search the vehicle.
The attorney representing Harless and the city have agreed to have the case heard by a third-party arbitrator.
