A man was arrested after police said, he shot at a City of Miami Police officer during a traffic stop, Friday morning
According to Miami Police, the suspect, another man and two women were taken into custody in connection to the incident that took place in the area of 43rd Avenue and Southwest Fifth Street, at around 4:15 a.m.
Officers responded to a residential neighborhood after a call of shots fired.
According to officials, when the officer stopped the car for a traffic violation, the suspect came out and opened fire. The patrol car was hit multiple times, but luckily the officer was not injured, WSVN TV.
