The Nevada Highway Patrol and Henderson (Nev.) Police Department have settled a lawsuit with a diabetic man over a rough arrest captured on dash cam that showed an officer kicking the man.

Adam Greene was stopped on Oct. 29 by officers from both agencies for driving eratically at Lake Mead Boulevard and Boulder Highway. Video from a Henderson patrol car shows Greene being pulled from the vehicle and subdued by five officers. While Greene was on the ground, a sixth officer approached and delivered four forceful kicks to Greene's upper body.

The Henderson City Council approved paying Greene $158,500. Another $99,000 was approved for Greene's wife, Brittany. The state of Nevada also paid Greene $35,000, reports the Henderson Press.
