Officers with the Nevada Highway Patrol and Henderson (Nev.) Police Department were captured on dash cam arresting Adam Greene on Oct. 29, 2010. One officer is seen kicking the man, who had been pulled over for driving erratically. Insulin was found in his pocket.
Chief Chamber, who declined to discuss her decision with the media, will participate in the city's voluntary employment severance program. The buyout would include two weeks' salary for each of the 29 years Chambers worked for the city. She was being paid about $185,300 a year, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
