Officer Paul Albrecht can be seen in a brief video asking the kids if they had their driver's license and insurance for the car. The video quickly went viral, with more than 12,000 views.
The agency said on Facebook , "Baby Bonnie and Clyde get busted for driving without a license and contemplate taking off as Officer Albrecht does his Saturday neighborhood rounds."
