With one in 69 children being diagnosed with autism, a Massachusetts police officer is on a mission to train fellow officers how to interact with those on the spectrum, reports NECN .
Norwood, MA, Police Lt. Martin Baker, a father of a 22-year-old with autism, wants people to understand how to cope. The program known as ALEC, Autism Law Enforcement Coalition, was created by The Arc of South Norfolk.
