The city of South Beloit, Ill., has released footage from its police department's booking-room surveillance cameras capturing officers using less-lethal force on a woman who appears to be yelling at them and refusing to sit down.
The 2008 incident has become controversial and the subject of an ongoing investigation. It was obtained via a public records request by the Rockford Register Star.
