A Savannah police officer pulled over Brandon Adams to ask him about a shoplifting report.
On the body cam video, you hear the officer ask Adams to take the keys out of the ignition then you hear Adams say he has to call his brother.
After the officer tells him to get out of the car Adams speeds off.
The officer tries to hang onto the moving car but eventually falls off.
