The California Highway Patrol shared video of an act of kindness by one of their officers in the Central Los Angeles division Tuesday, reports CBS News .
It started as a call for a disturbance at a DMV office. But after getting to the location, the officer realized it was all a misunderstanding. The woman in question was hearing impaired and upset because she was trying to communicate using American Sign Language, but the workers at the DMV did not understand her.
