Davan Ostrover was pronounced dead at the scene—police said he was not wearing a seat belt.
According to WCAX-TV , Chief Page has a broken hand and broken rib.
St. Johnsbury Police Captain Jason Gray told the station that his wife's injuries are more severe, but he did not disclose details.
