The Marshals Service and the ATF have each offered $10,000, matching the reward announced by the FBI.
Police say that Justin Joshua Waiki — who has a long criminal record, with 16 convictions, including three felonies — should be considered armed and dangerous.
Hawaii Governor David Ige has ordered that the U.S. and Hawaii flags be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol, all state offices and agencies, and at Hawaii National Guard locations until sunset Friday, according to the Star Advertiser. Flags will also be lowered on the day of Kaliloa’s memorial service, which have yet to be announced.
