The Marshals Service and the ATF have each offered $10,000, matching the reward announced by the FBI.
Police say that Justin Joshua Waiki — who has a long criminal record, with 16 convictions, including three felonies — should be considered armed and dangerous.
Hawaii Governor David Ige has ordered that the U.S. and Hawaii flags be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol, all state offices and agencies, and at Hawaii National Guard locations until sunset Friday, according to the Star Advertiser . Flags will also be lowered on the day of Kaliloa’s memorial service, which have yet to be announced.
The manhunt for Waiki continues.
