Drunk driving charges have been dismissed against two men who rode a mule and horse in downtown Austin, Texas, while intoxicated during a bustling evening, reports KVUE .
Samuel Olivo Jr., riding a horse named Big Red, and Jose Rios, riding a mule named Mula, were stopped by Austin Police officers, who wrote them DWI tickets that were later dismissed because the city code had been rewritten and doesn't allow drunk-driving infractions involving farm animals.
