A veteran sergeant who worked in the office of the Bexar County, Texas, Precinct 3 constable was killed when his cruiser struck a pair of utility poles at 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Sgt. Mark Scianna, 49, died in the crash that occurred while he was working his normal overnight traffic supervisor shift. His police vehicle rolled and struck a second utility pole after ejecting the officer.
