Texas Police Shoot, Wound Knife-Wielding Suspect
An officer with the Plano (TX) Police Department responding to a call of a disturbance in the parking lot of a convenience store shot and wounded a knife-wielding suspect on Monday.
An officer with the Plano (TX) Police Department responding to a call of a disturbance in the parking lot of a convenience store shot and wounded a knife-wielding suspect on Monday.
According to NBC News, an officer arrived at the scene and saw a man with a knife chasing another person. The officer ordered the subject to drop the knife, and the man refused to comply.
The officer opened fire, striking the suspect.
Both the suspect and the offender's victim were transported to a nearby hospital.
