According to ABC News, officers with the San Angelo (TX) Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at an apartment complex.

According to ABC News, officers with the San Angelo (TX) Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at an apartment complex.
Upon arrival, responding officers located a man—identified as 27-year-old Chad Ramirez—reportedly intoxicated and yelling at a woman on the second floor from the parking lot.
As they began to arrest him, he claimed to be contaminated with coronavirus and coughed on them.
Ramirez is charged with harassment of a public servant, resisting arrest, public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and for the 23 warrants.
