A Conroe (Texas) Police officer fatally shot a suspected shoplifter who had choked the officer in a fight in a wooded area outside a Wal-Mart on Wednesday.
Russell Rios, 19, died at the scene. The officer, who has not been named, was treated for minor injuries, reports the Houston Chronicle .
