On June 17 (2025) officers from the Corona, California, Police Department rescued a baby who was locked inside a parked car.

The officers were responding to a call from the public about the “baby in distress,” the department said on Facebook .

Corona PD says the city’s fire department measured the temperature inside the vehicle at 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
