South Carolina Officer Struck by Accidental Discharge During Training

An officer with the Charleston Police Department was reportedly struck by a bullet when a gun was accidentally discharged during training at the agency's firearms range on Monday afternoon.

According to WCSC-TV , the officer was struck in the right arm.

He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
