A Lexington, S.C., woman was walking to a Wal-Mart Tuesday when she was hit by a car that authorities say was driven by a teen huffing aerosol cleaner.
A local high school student, Michael Cory Jones, 17, was charged with DUI and unlawfully possessing an aromatic hydrocarbon. Lexington County Sheriff James R. Metts told the Columbia State that he is unaware of anyone else in his jurisdiction ever being charged with huffing while driving.
