A 14-month investigation into the Ford Hood shootings has concluded that the FBI and Department of Defense had enough information but failed to take action against Maj. Nidal Hasan, according to an op-ed from by the two lead Senators published by the Washington Post.
Hasan is accused of murdering 13 and attempting to murder 32 others when he allegedly headed into the Fort Hood deployment area and opened fire on the unarmed soldiers.
