Police: Pa. Woman Asked Cop for Heroin

A Shamokin, Pa., woman flagged down a city police officer Saturday to ask him for help getting a "fix" of heroin. Patrolman Raymond Siko II told Arlina Alves, 49, that he was a police officer.

A Shamokin, Pa., woman flagged down a city police officer Saturday to ask him for help getting a "fix" of heroin.

Patrolman Raymond Siko II told Arlina Alves, 49, that he was a police officer, after the request, which came at 9:30 a.m. while Officer Siko patroled in his cruiser, reports the News Item .

Alves allegedly replied, "That's even better because you probably have some heroin at the station that you have taken off people. I only need one bag."
