A Carlisle (Pa.) Police officer needed his TASER to subdue a 51-year-old man who pushed children aside so he could get candy tossed to attendees of a Halloween parade.

Frederick Pisano will likely face charges after Monday's incident, reports WHTM .

The officer was punched when he confronted Pisano, who attendees reported was acting rudely and pushing children. Pisano may have a medical condition that will help explain the attack.
