How do you make the show that's been the original tactical show in the country even better? You make it bigger and broader and bring in cops of all stripes, whether they're tactical or patrol-because these days, everyone is a first responder, and everyone needs to hone their tactics and learn about new equipment. Defenseless victims cannot always wait on the arrival of SWAT.
