Pennsylvania Officer Charged with On-Duty Sexual Assault of Four Women

An officer with the Wilkes-Barre (PA) Police Department was arrested Tuesday on charges alleging he sexually assaulted four women while on duty.

According to the Morning Call , 53-year-old Robert Matthew Collins is accused of assaulting the women over a period of 16 months.

Collins is charged with rape, witness intimidation, official oppression and other offenses.

Collins has been suspended with pay while an internal investigation is completed.
