Ohio Officer Shot Outside Bar While Working Security Assignment

Columbus Police say they're still investigating the incident and haven't identified any suspects yet.

An officer with the Columbus (OH) Police Department was shot and wounded while working a special-duty assignment at a local bar on Friday night.

According to the Columbus Dispatch , Officer Sontino Williams—a 19-year veteran of the department—suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was treated and released.
