Officer Arrested Over Deadly Off-Duty Fight

The officer—identified as 32-year-old Michael Mattioli—was booked into jail for 1st Degree Reckless Injury and Strangulation and Suffocation on the night of the incident and was released after posting $50,000 bail.

The fight happened on April 19, at the officer's home.
