The man convicted of the ambush killing of New York Police Officer Russel Timoshenko apparently used the gun he used on the officer to shoot another man a day earlier, reports the New York Daily News.
Dexter Bostic, who is now serving a life term for slaying Timoshenko, used a .45-caliber handgun to shoot Carl Field in a turf dispute about prostitution.
