Pointing to the recent police involved fatal shootings of Black male civilians in Baton Rouge, LA, and Falcon Heights, MN, as well as the tragic shootings of Dallas police officers, NOBLE President Gregory A. Thomas stated: "During these moments, we need to push forward and ensure that there are less incidents such as those that occurred in Dallas, TX, in Falcon Heights, MN, and in Baton Rouge, LA.
