New Mexico State Police continue to investigate the possible link to drug trafficking organizations of a twin-engine aircraft that was obliterated when it struck the surface of a lake in northern New Mexico.
The twin-engine Cessna 310 crashed into Heron Lake on April 26, spraying the four-mile wide recreational waterway with pieces of aircraft, human remains and 23 bundles of pure (uncut) powdered cocaine, Lt. Eric Garcia tells POLICE Magazine.
