Officers with the New York Police Department were able to located and return to a disabled teen her stolen wheelchair, according to the New York Post.
The mother of 18-year-old Michelle Molina told the Post, "She's very happy."

Molina has reportedly Rett Syndrome, a neurological condition that leaves her unable to talk or walk.
Molina's custom-built wheelchair is too bulky to carry up to their appartment, so her family has stored it outside, covered in plastic and chained inside the fence of their Jackson Heights home.
According to reports, a Good Samaritan who had seen news accounts of the wheelchair theft saw a homeless woman in Molina's medical aid device not far from the girl's home and reported it to police.
Police arrested 34-year-old Minera Martinez on charges of grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, and criminal trespass.
