An officer with the Albuquerque Police Department officer shot a man last week who was standing on the roof of a car and brandishing a gun.
According to KOB-TV , the man—identified as Isaiah Debaca—had been pointing a gun at several different people, including the responding officer. The subsequent investigation into the incident revealed that the weapon was actually a BB gun.
