A former County Club Hills (Mo.) Police officer has been arrested for allegedly allowing a 24-year-old driver he pulled over for suspected drunk driving to get out of the citation in exchange for sex.
A former County Club Hills (Mo.) Police officer has been arrested for allegedly allowing a 24-year-old driver he pulled over for suspected drunk driving to get out of the citation in exchange for sex.
Officer Timothy Jones, 48, was taken into custody on Wednesday, and charges were filed Thursday.
Officer Jones pulled over the female in November 2010. When she failed a field sobriety test, he told her he could arrest her or she could have sex with him. Jones then drove her to her home where they engaged in several sexual acts.
