Michigan Officers Critically Injured in Crash

In a press conference Monday morning, Lieutenant John Gajewski said that one of the officers was trapped in the vehicle, and had to be removed from the vehicle by the Fire Department. Police clarified that the officers involved in the crash were not involved in a vehicle pursuit.

The crash is under investigation.

Two Warren, Michigan, Police officers were critically injured in a crash early Monday morning.

The crash occurred in an intersection and involved a Dodge Durango and police patrol vehicle. Two men in the Durango were killed, WXYZ reports.
