Mexican Teen Shot During Border Confrontation
The Sonora State Investigative Police told the news outlet that 17-year-old Ramses Barron Torres, who died shortly after 3 a.m. at a Nogales, Sonora, hospital, was shot in the back of the right arm, with the bullet continuing into his chest cavity, puncturing a lung, and lodging in the left side of his ribcage.

A Mexican teen attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border was shot during a confrontation with Border Patrol agents while he climbed a fence near Nogales, Ariz., reports Nogales International.
The Sonora State Investigative Police told the news outlet that 17-year-old Ramses Barron Torres, who died shortly after 3 a.m. at a Nogales, Sonora, hospital, was shot in the back of the right arm, with the bullet continuing into his chest cavity, puncturing a lung, and lodging in the left side of his ribcage.
Torres was apparently climbing the border fence, when he was shot, and may have been throwing rocks at agents. The Border Patrol and FBI have so far declined to comment about the incident.
