Massachusetts Officer Injured in Collision With Suspected DUI Driver

An officer with the New Bedford (MA) Police Department was injured in a collision with a suspected DUI driver on Tuesday.

According to SouthCoastToday.com , the officer—whose name has not been released—was transported to a local hospital with undisclosed injuries.

The other driver—identified as 33-year-old Christopher Michael Fuhs—was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol and failure to operate within marked lanes.
