A traffic stop in Kennebunk, Maine, on Saturday turned into a lifesaving encounter.
After Kennebunk police officer Matthew Harrington pulled Gavin Falconer, 84, over for speeding, Falconer slumped over in his vehicle. He wasn't breathing and had no pulse.
