A Ouachita Parish, LA, man has been accused of waving down and slapping a Monroe police officer.
A Monroe police officer reported he was driving through when Troy Davis waved him down on the night of Oct. 24.
Louisiana Man Reportedly Waved Down Officer and Slapped Him
The officer wrote in his report that the suspect approached his driver-side window, said, “What’s up, man,” and then slapped the officer in the face.

The officer wrote in his report that Davis approached his driver-side window, said, “What’s up, man,” and then slapped the officer in the face, KNOE reports.
Davis was promptly arrested and booked on a felony charge of battery of a police officer.
