This year's sessions are presented by CentralSquare and Veritone.
CentralSquare presented three sessions on Monday June 21, which are now available on demand.
The keynote is "Understanding Mental Health in Law Enforcement." Presented by Commissioner William B. Evans of the Boston College Police Department, the keynote discusses mental health in law enforcement ranks, in the community, and the role of technology in improving agency response.
During the second session from June 21, officers from the Bedford (TX) Police Department discuss how CentralSquare's Public Safety Pro Suite of CAD and RMS solutions helped them unify different divisions onto the same database. Since implementing the solution, Bedford PD officers have seen an increase in reporting efficiency by replacing up to 95% of their processes with paperless reporting.
In the third session from June 21, CentralSquare demonstrated its Professional Suite Application.
On Tuesday June 22, Veritone presents three sessions.
The keynote titled "Key Trends in Technology Used to Increase Constituent Transparency" discusses technology and best practices employed by agencies across the country for expediting transparency initiatives. Presenters include Mike Morper and Jon Gacek of Veritone, Jen Snyder of GovQA, and Mitch Thompson of Word Systems.
Tuesday's second session is a case study titled "Is Your Agency Ready for Stop Data Collection." In this case study, you can learn about how three California agencies are preparing to comply with the state's Racial and Identify Profiling Act.
The third session on June 22 discusses the capabilities of Veritone's Contact-Intelligent Field Application for Stop Data Collection.
