The Los Angeles Police Department is reviewing the tactics and force its officers used in a wild vehicle pursuit a week ago in South Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Tonsha Wilcher, 39, had walked into the LAPD station and threatened to kill the officers at the front desk, and then got into his blue sedan and sped away.
