LAPD Arrest NBA Player for Alleged Obstruction During Traffic Stop

Former Laker Nick Young—who won an NBA championship with the Golden State Warriors last season—was reportedly arrested for alleged obstruction and delaying a police investigation Friday evening during a traffic stop in Hollywood, according to ABC-7 .

An LAPD spokesman said the traffic stop was prompted by an expired vehicle registration and illegal window tint.

Young was reportedly uncooperative and was eventually ordered out of his vehicle placed in handcuffs.

Young was transported to the LAPD's Hollywood station and booked on the misdemeanor charges.
