Kentucky Officer Injured During Pursuit Treated and Released from Hospital

An officer with the Columbia (KY) Police Department was injured early Sunday morning when his patrol car was struck during a vehicle pursuit.

According to WBKO , Officer Adam Cravens was transported to a nearby hospital where he was treated and released.

The suspect—identified as Michael Nichols—fled the collision on foot but was quickly apprehended and taken into custody.
