A judge in Alabama has denied bail for the man accused of murdering Huntsville police officer Billy Fred Clady III in December.
According to the Washington Times, LaJeromeny Brown will remain in jail pending his trial set to begin later this year.

According to the Washington Times, LaJeromeny Brown will remain in jail pending his trial set to begin later this year.
Madison County District Judge Patrick Tuten wrote in the court's finding against Brown, "Based upon the evidence presented at the preliminary hearing, the nature and potential punishment of the offense charged if convicted, as well as the criminal history of the defendant and the video evidence reviewed by the Court, the defendant’s Motion to Set Bond is hereby DENIED."
