Iowa Officer Injured in Vehicle Collision Expected to be Okay

The driver of the van was unharmed.

An officer with the Davenport (IA) Police Department suffered non-life-threatening injuries when the patrol vehicle he was driving was struck broadside by a van at an intersection.

According to WQAD-TV , the officer was transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
