One of the two Ogden (Utah) Police officers still hospitalized after being wounded in a deadly Jan. 4 drug raid firefight has taken a turn for the worse, reports the Salt Lake Tribune.
Officer Michael Rounkles , a five-year veteran of the department, has slipped from fair to serious condition. The 29-year-old officer was shot in the face and stomach while attempting to help a wounded officer during a Jan. 5 narcotics raid. Five other Odgen officers were shot , including Officer Jared Francom, who was killed.
