A supervisor with the Indianapolis Metro Police Department apologized to 13 female officers for revealing their bra sizes and measurements in an e-mail to 37 commanders.

A lieutenant sent the initial e-mail with a spreadsheet attachment to his commander that listed the officers and their dimensions. The officers had been custom-fitted for body armor, and the e-mail was sent as a notification that the armor was ready.
