Dozens of officers with the Fishers (IN) Police Department gathered outside the home of Officer Binh Dennis as he was transported from a nearby hospital to his residence, where he will continue to recover from an off-duty motorcycle accident that left him badly injured.
The agency said on its Facebook page, "To a packed house, Officer Dennis shared his inspirational testimony and thanked everyone for all of the help and support his family has received since the accident."
According to the Indianapolis Star , Dennis had suffered head, spine, and pelvic injuries after crashing his Harley-Davidson into a tree.
