Illegal Wash. Grow House Robbed, 2 Killed

A homeowner fatally shot two armed intruders, who entered a marijuana grow house Thursday, the same day the drug became legal in Washington.

Pierce County Sheriff's deputies responded to the luxury home in Puyallup at 8 a.m. to find two masked men critically wounded. The men could not be revived, reports KOMO .

While it is legal to use up to an ounce of marijuana in Washington, it is still illegal to grow or sell the drug.
