Houston's Channel 13/KTRK TV has aired the controversial police video of the arrest of a teenager captured on dash-cam video showing officers kicking and punching the high school sophomore at the end of a chase.

In June, four of the seven officers involved in the March 24 arrest of Chad Holley were indicted on charges of misdemeanor oppression and violation of civil rights of a prisoner.

Indicted officers include Phil Bryan, 44, a 19-year HPD veteran; Raad Hassan, 40, who had been on the force five years; and Andrew Blomberg, 27, and Drew Ryser, 29, both with three years at HPD. All four were charged with official oppression, a Class A misdemeanor. Bryan and Hassan also were charged with violation of the civil rights of a prisoner, also a misdemeanor, according to the Houston Chronicle.

If convicted, the former officers could face up to year in jail.

All four were fired by Chief Charles McClelland, who also terminated Sgt. John McClellan, 59, a 38-year veteran officer; Gaudencio Saucedo, 38, an eight-year veteran and Lewis Childress, 48, a 24-year veteran. All but McClellan were members of the department's Westside Gang Unit.

Holley was convicted of burglary by a Harris County jury in October and sentenced to probation until he turns 18. He is now pursuing federal civil rights charges against two of the officers.
